CRM, Marketing Automation & Reporting Specialist
Description
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated communication flows across the entire customer journey, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience for both buyers and sellers.
You will also act as the Marketing department’s reference point for CRM, data, KPIs, and reporting, working closely with Operations, Sales, and Data teams to support decision-making through actionable insights.
