Job Description

**We are seeking a results-driven and creative CRM Marketing Manager to lead our customer data marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase customer retention. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and data analysis.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
- Co-own partner marketing communication and customer journeys together with the Marketing and Digital teams.
- Assure seamless integrations with ESP for the purpose of data accuracy and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve and expand loyalty program benefits.
