License & Scale is a high‑ticket business education and licensing program for agency owners, founded by Cameron England. Cameron also owns Pinpoint Scaling, a $3M+ per year marketing agency. L&S helps agency owners scale to $100K–$250K+ per month using proven systems, SOPs, and AI integration.
The company is scaling fast — running $4,000+ per day in paid ads, fulfilling a growing roster of DFY AI build clients, and producing content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The internal stack includes Close.io (CRM), GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, ClickUp (project management), Calendly, Typeform, Zapier, n8n, Supabase, and multiple custom AI agents.
Cameron is a hands‑on founder who moves fast. These two hires are critical to keeping the operational engine running clean and the content machine producing at the level needed to match paid growth.
