Job Description

Hirsch’s is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. If you’re passionate about customer journeys, automation, and performance-driven communication, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage email, SMS, and CRM campaigns Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows Segment audiences to deliver personalised and relevant communication Create engaging, on-brand email content Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimise accordingly Maintain CRM data hygiene and best practices Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and best practices Requirements: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing Experience with email/CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Netcore, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Salesforce) Strong ana...
