The role
This role plans and delivers the CRM & VOD media activity (emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and targeted promo trailers) to support campaign priorities as well as channel needs, in order to drive marketing outcomes.
Main responsibilities
Work alongside other marketing, media and creative roles to deliver a marketing plan which drives desired outcomes.Use specialist media expertise and knowledge to enhance the strategic plans provided by the media strategists. Act as the CRM & VOD expert in or outside of agile campaign pods, offering advice, learnings and ideas to drive performance and innovation.Setup and activate CRM & VOD promo campaigns accurately on respective systems, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
