Your Role As the Crop Inputs Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and operation of a profitable crop inputs business. This position works closely with Customer Service Representatives and the facility staff to ensure that business is running efficiently. Your effective leadership skills will provide direction to sales and operational staff in the implementation and delivery of annual and seasonal plans.
