Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage in proprietary trading of derivatives instruments for own book for profit to meet team's target. However, flat price position taking bidding via Platts window mechanism are strictly prohibited in accordance with internal risk management regulations.
- Provide other traders with technical and fundamental market information and recommend methods of hedging and leveraging its position
- Market analysis and reporting
- Adhere to all internal and external regulatory requirements and limits
Candidate Profile
- Minimum degree qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in derivatives trading in major oil companies, reputable trading companies or banks
- Proven track record of derivatives trading and managing price exposure
- Experience in developing trade strategies including spreads and arbitrag
