Job Overview Integral Service Center (GSC) HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to join as Cryptography Operations Engineer. The HSBC Cryptography team manages encryption technology and key material, ensuring security across the organization’s transactions. This role manages hardware, software, and services from inception to deployment, ensuring optimal outcomes with encryption technology. Responsibilities Develop applicable knowledge objects, procedures and secondary standards to support agreed SLAs and project deliverables. Maintain and enhance the delivery of cryptographic technology, processes and relevant controls. Ensure crypto‑related inventory controls (key and HSM) are maintained. Implement and operate effectiveness of cryptographic controls, contribute to risk reduction, escalation and reporting, and support remediation of risk items.
