Job Description

We are hiring Chat Support - Customer Service Representatives to assist via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
• Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
• Resolve issues efficiently
• Log all interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Maintain service quality and client satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of call center experience as chat support or non-voice.
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
