Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to address customer needs.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer service trends to support process improvement.
Job Requirements
- HS GRADUATE, SHS GRADUATE, COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE
- With or without experience, preferably with 1 year of exp in Sales
- Excellent Communication skills
