Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer service trends to support process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • HS GRADUATE, SHS GRADUATE, COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE
  • With or without experience, preferably with 1 year of exp in Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills
