Responsibilities

• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their healthcare needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
• Educate patients about healthcare services and procedures as needed.
