Responsibilities
- Sell exclusive cruise vacations and luxury shore experiences to high-net-worth clients
- Provide white-glove service and cultivate strong relationships
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and maximize loyalty
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in luxury travel, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or other high-end sectors
- Excellent English communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage VIP clients with discretion and elegance
- Bachelor’s degree holder, willing to work onsite in Makati on night shifts, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance global team
