• Ensure compliance with all terms of government contribution agreements and service agreements, including national targets, reporting requirements, settlement outcomes, program standards, and program evaluation, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of all applicable agreements and contracts.
• Develop and monitor quality benchmarks, national program standards, guidelines, and policies to support consistent program delivery and inform new proposal submissions.
