Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate Record to Report (RTR) activities for the Americas region, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, Corning policies, and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities RTR Operations & Financial Close- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
- Review and support:
- Journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- General ledger accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Provide variance analysis and identify key drivers
- Escalate material variances and risks requiring corrective action
- Partner with stakeholders to:
- Analyze expenses
- Support financial decision‑making
- Monitor:
- Team workload
- Priorities
- Service delivery
