Own and lead the full product development lifecycle—from R&D to regulatory approval and manufacturing scale-up.
Build and lead a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical, software, systems).
Collaborate with clinical experts, advisors, and partners to ensure technical excellence and clinical impact.
