We are currently hiring a Chef de Partie!

Responsibilities

  • The preparation, production, and transportation of food items for service
  • Plans effectively for varying levels of business
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of the kitchen
  • Ability to multitask in a variety of roles within the kitchen while working independently
  • Positive influence with all members of the culinary team
  • The organization of food items and mise en place.
  • Inventory management; receiving and proper storage of food deliveries.
  • Maintaining food standards through use of standardized food recipes and safe food handling practices
  • Maintains food cost through the minimization of food waste
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings to the kitchen managers
