We are currently hiring a Chef de Partie!
Responsibilities
- The preparation, production, and transportation of food items for service
- Plans effectively for varying levels of business
- Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of the kitchen
- Ability to multitask in a variety of roles within the kitchen while working independently
- Positive influence with all members of the culinary team
- The organization of food items and mise en place.
- Inventory management; receiving and proper storage of food deliveries.
- Maintaining food standards through use of standardized food recipes and safe food handling practices
- Maintains food cost through the minimization of food waste
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings to the kitchen managers
