As a Customer Acquisition leader, you'll manage a team of representatives to generate high-quality sales opportunities and accelerate customer growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AWS service adoption and market expansion. Your role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and developing early career talent through coaching and mentoring. You'll focus on helping your team exceed KPIs, build sales and leadership skills, and advance within AWS Global Sales.
