About the role
We are looking for a Customer Admin & Data Analyst to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. This role contributes to Domino’s sustainability strategy by managing, analysing, and communicating customer CSR data, helping us better respond to customer requirements and external impacts.
Location: Domino Mexico (hybrid working, with proximity to Domino office).
Key responsibilities include
- Improving CSR customer data management through research, analysis, and reporting
- Delivering responses to CSR Salesforce customer cases
- Analysis and reporting of CSR topics
- Maintaining and updating FAQs and internal knowledge platforms
- Developing customer CSR requirements matrices and generic codes of conduct
- Annual calculation of Scope 3 carbon emissions
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process development
