Location

Onsite role based at Nextiva’s Guadalajara office (Calle Amado Nervo 2200, Jardínes del Sol, 45050 Zapopan, Jal.).

In‑Office Expectation

This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in‑person team environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts
  • Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues
  • Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellation
  • Research and respond to customer credit card disputes
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
  • Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages
  • Support Nextiva’s ticketing system
  • Provide back‑up customer support for other positions as needed
  • Create, review and apply incoming payments
  • Process credit applications and set customers up on invoicing
