Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.

• Comfortable with phone calling to get things done

• Prior experience with eCommerce Chat Email and Resolution Team.

• Email / live chat customer support experience.

• Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a Growing eCommerce Business.

• Proficient in Excel and Google sheets skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Customer-orientated and Customer Complaint and Issue resolution experience.

• Flexibility to work and Responsible attitude is a must.

Skills and Requirements

• Any graduate degree.

• Preferred Proficiency in Multiple Languages.

• Fluency in Spoken English and VAS trained Candidates Preferred.
