Job Description
- 6 months contract
- up to $2700 + bonus

- Office hours
- First point of contact for walk-in customers understanding their purpose of visit and managing the customer flow as service ambassador
- Advocate the use of eKiosk at the Self-Help Lobby
- Process residential and commercial account opening/termination with zero move-in and move-out error
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, I&R, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
- Refunds and Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties when required.

- 8.30am to 6pm, Mon to Fri

- Minimum Diploma in related field of study
