Job Description

  • 6 months contract
  • up to $2700 + bonus

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for walk-in customers understanding their purpose of visit and managing the customer flow as service ambassador
  • Advocate the use of eKiosk at the Self-Help Lobby
  • Process residential and commercial account opening/termination with zero move-in and move-out error
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, I&R, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Refunds and Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties when required.

Working Hours
  • 8.30am to 6pm, Mon to Fri
  • up to $2700 + bonus
