Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and responding to telephone inquiries regarding client's billing questions, sales/upgrades, basic tier 1 tech support, promotions, activation of devices,
disconnects and retention, just to name a few.

The position requires empathy and the ability to handle stressful and sometimes angry calls.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

6 Months of Call Center Experience

English Level B2/C1 (Conversational)

Live in Nuevo León
