Become a Customer Care Representative with Connect Hearing Canada in North Bay, ON. This role involves exceptional customer service, scheduling, and client account management.
Working closely with the Regional Clinic Manager, your day will include booking appointments, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth interactions with insurance providers. Your strong communication skills will be vital in supporting our clients’ needs while assisting with minor device repairs as needed.
