Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Customer Data Management Associate to control and process SIRs with autonomy, in a timely manner, and in accordance with documented processes.
Ensure Non-Technical Service Requests (NTSRs) are prioritized, dispatched, analyzed, followed up on until resolution, and closed. Reproduce technical issues and escalate appropriately through People Support tickets.
Audit SIRs upon management request and/or in accordance with documented processes, while meeting communicated deadlines.
Define the Change of Distributor and Intercompany Transfer roadmap and plan execution.
