Customer Delivery Manager (Heating)

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Delivery Manager (Heating) to lead operational teams delivering high-quality heating services. This is a key leadership role where you’ll ensure our customers’ homes are safe, secure and warm , while driving outstanding service delivery and performance.

Reporting to the M&E Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of servicing, repairs, maintenance and installations, ensuring work is completed right first time and on time .

Location: Norwich

Hours: 40 hpw

Contract: Permanent inc. company car
