Role Overview 

The Loyalty Product Business Specialist sits at the intersection of product innovation, data analytics, and customer experience, focusing on customer engagement and long-term retention. This role builds a best-in-class rewards ecosystem across product offers, navigating the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
