Field Service Engineer / Customer Engineer – Role Summary Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Field Service Engineers (Customer Engineers) with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades at customer sites.
  • Utilize digital analytics and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:Electrical systemsVacuum systemsMechanical systemsPlasma systemsHydraulic systemsGas delivery systems
  • Communicate and coordinate directly with customers regarding service activities and equipment status.
  • Carry out additional assigned operational and technical duties.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree, military technical training, trade certification, or equivalent field service experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field service, customer support, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
