Key Responsibilities


 


Planning & Reporting:



  • Plan your customer service maintenance visits in a structured and methodical manner. 

  • Time Sheets – Digital reporting tool to be used (, accurately record hours worked, and all call out and response times) each day.


  • Field Service Reports - to be completed for every maintenance & service call attended.


     



Operational Delivery:



  • Carry out commissioning, service maintenance and after-hours service commitments in a professional, efficient manner.
