Job Description
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks from the promotion of digital channels, management of inventory and accomplishment of Sales targets. Educates customer and lead their assisted digital journey. Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education
- Attends to sales and service needs of customers
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
- Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
