About the Role
The Customer Experience Consultant is essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers within the Maersk environment. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth execution of the end‑to‑end shipment lifecycle by building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers on standard processes and the digital platform, establishing a solid foundation for long‑term partnership.
- Promote digital adoption and self‑service solutions to maintain reliable and consistent service delivery at scale.
- Handle daily customer communications on a first‑come, first‑served basis, ensuring timely responses and efficient coordination with the team.
- When major service disruptions occur, proactively reach out to assigned customers as needed.
