Job Description

Lead and elevate customer satisfaction as the Customer Experience Manager at Dash Social. Oversee a team of CX Representatives, enhancing processes and coordination across departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
In this managerial role, you'll develop the skills of Customer Experience Representatives and Senior CXRs while aligning their performance with company goals. Responsibilities include maintaining the Customer Experience Tech Stack and supporting enterprise customer onboarding while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
