As an CX & Relationship Intern, you will work closely with the CX & Relationship Service Delivery team for the Spanish‑speaking LATAM region, managing our various BPOs.

Your work will aim to improve our customer service experience across nine Latin American countries, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with a dedicated team passionate about customer experience.
