At Permacon, the Customer Experience Representative plays a vital role in supporting retail customers like Home Depot and RONA. This position requires handling inquiries, tracking orders, and assisting with product questions. The successful candidate will also ensure order accuracy and timely delivery while collaborating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
