Job Description

Enhance customer interactions with Napoleon as a Hearth Technical Consultant. Deliver exceptional service while addressing technical inquiries and supporting product installations.
This position, reporting to the Technical Manager, involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders for parts, and providing troubleshooting expertise to dealers and consumers. Your goal will be to foster an environment of excellent service by documenting and tracking all relevant interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer technical inquiries with clarity
• Visualize and troubleshoot installation-oriented problems
• Document case data comprehensively in CRM systems
• Report and update product support documentation
• Track and identify product quality issues proactively
Requirements:
• Experience in a Hearth manufacturing role preferred
• Minimum of G3 certification or equivalent
