Role Summary

This role is part of the B2B Digital team and is responsible for delivering first-class customer experience across all digital communication touchpoints. The Customer Incentive Analyst manages trade incentives and other trade marketing activities through tracking, monitoring, and reporting across all channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with relevant Commercial stakeholders for end-to-end campaign execution i.e. Ideation, Execution to disbursement.
  • Identify opportunities of improvement & create customized customer/campaign reports with holistic performance overview including engagement, participation, and financial impact (ROI).
  • Engage in proactive behavior in updating customer information in CIS.
  • Ensure all reports are proactively shared with sales/ customers via CRM etc.
  • Responsible for B2B/ Ecommerce Page analytics & insights.
