Customer Insights Analyst – Hybrid – Cape Town

A leading retail organisation is seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to support business decisions through data‑driven analysis. This role involves working across departments to deliver customer‑focused insights that inform strategy, campaign performance, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities Analyse customer and transactional data to uncover actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools. Partner with marketing, buying, and IT to align customer intelligence with strategic goals. Support campaign performance tracking and customer segmentation. Help enhance reporting frameworks and integrate data from multiple sources. Qualifications Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Science, or a related field (Honours preferred). 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or strategic insights, ideally in retail.
