Job Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to generate business insights.
- Create customer segmentation strategies to support personalized campaigns.
- Measure and report campaign effectiveness and customer retention metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journey initiatives.
- Support CRM optimization through data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, CRM, or customer insights.
- Experience with online products or digital platforms.
- Coding knowledge in SQL, Python, or related languages.
