Customer Operations Assistant (Night Shift)

Overview

Hours: 20:00–06:00, 4 days on / 2 days off. Salary: £30,000 per annum. Location: UB4 0RW.

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-driven Customer Operations Assistant to keep live services running smoothly and our clients delighted. You’ll monitor active jobs (vehicles), coordinate resources, resolve issues in real time, and communicate clearly with customers and suppliers.
