Customer Order Management

Certain Advantage are recruiting 4 Customer Order Management Representatives in Peterborough for a 12‑month onsite contract (5 days/week).

Role Overview

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full order lifecycle to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery. We’re working with a global power technology company that designs and manufactures diesel and alternative‑fuel engines, generators, and related components for a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts end‑to‑end (setup, order entry/changes, escalations, logistics).
  • Liaise with customers, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, and internal teams to fulfil orders.
  • Provide clear communication and accurate documentation throughout.
  • Resolve complex queries in line with SLAs; escalate when required.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
