Customer Order Management Administrator

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: May 2026 Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour (PAYE)

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Order Management (COM) Administrator to join our team in Peterborough. This is a vital support role focused on the behind-the-scenes mechanics of our order lifecycle. You will provide the administrative backbone for the COM team, ensuring that orders move seamlessly from entry to export.

Work Pattern:

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite (one specific day must be spent with the full team).
Flexibility: Occasional attendance for workshops, audits, or meetings as required.
