About the Opportunity
- Process and manage inbound sales orders from distributors, order acknowledgments, special pricing approvals, and coordinate shipments and returns.
- Provide daily administrative support including maintaining accounts, preparing product information for e‑stores, and fulfilling ad‑hoc requests from management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor and customer inquiries, track complaints and ensure a high standard of service across all interactions.

- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven, with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communicator who can handle customer and distributor inquiries professionally, resolve issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams.
