Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Program Manager (Operations Program Manager - OPM) to serve as the primary operational liaison between our customers and internal teams.
This role is responsible for translating customer requirements into clear, actionable internal plans while ensuring alignment across Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Production. The OPM will drive execution, monitor commitments, manage escalations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills, operational knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to proactively identify risks, coordinate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
