About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality team, who will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality standards required by the company and our clients. Responsibilities include:
Managing Customer Complaints in collaboration with Sales, After Sales, and Spare Parts departments, defining shared action plans with the involved company entities to resolve issues using key Problem Solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.);

Monitoring internal and customer-side Quality KPIs (defect rates, returns, warranties, customer satisfaction, etc.) and managing process improvement plans to achieve agreed objectives;

Supporting Sales during customer visits and audits, preparing necessary documentation as required, and participating in working groups for the development...
