Job Summary: The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) acts as the liaison between the company and its customers to ensure that products meet customer expectations and quality standards. This role is responsible for addressing customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues, analyzing root causes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
