Mission
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will act as a key interface between customers and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns, support customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. You will contribute to the management of customer quality issues, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and help strengthen the overall quality performance of semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary quality interface for assigned customers and ensure effective communication on quality‑related matters.
- Manage customer complaints, quality alerts, and escalations through structured problem‑solving methodologies.
