Job Description

Our client in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Customer Quality Engineering Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with strict industry and regulatory quality standards, managing customer corrective actions, leading process improvement initiatives, and acting as a key liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers.

Shift Timings: 7: am to 4: pm (M-T) Friday 7: am to : pm
Pay Rate: $-$/hour

Responsibilities

  • Quality focal responsible for ensuring compliance and flow down of requirements from customer, regulatory agencies, government regulations, and engineering specifications
  • Lead the resolution of customer driven corrective action requests and Quality Improvement Plans related to Customer escapes
