Job Description

As Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP members and corporate clients – answering inquiries, resolving issues timely, and nurturing relationships to promote loyalty to The Chamber. This role provides account support through in-store events and promotions to drive loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate relationships with VIP, Silver+ members and corporate accounts across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Support execution of member-exclusive events including tastings, new product launches etc.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on targeted loyalty campaigns and promotions.
  • Track member preferences and activity to identify retention opportunities.
  • Capture member feedback and suggestions to improve engagement.
