Responsibilities

  • Greets all walk‑in customers at the dealership and creates a warm, friendly environment.
  • Assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance.
  • Reviews dealership calendar daily to stay aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports.
  • Documents vehicle mileage and obtains customer contact information.
  • Maintains accurate daily log of customer and floor traffic information.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and directs or relays messages to appropriate parties.
  • Maintains professional appearance of showroom and work area.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist, or clerical experience.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
