As they continue expand their business in Malaysia, they are actively hiring for Customer Relation Office / Admin Executive to join their team

Job Description

  • Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter during doctor consultation and health screening.
  • Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospitals procedures, insurance claiming etc.
  • Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers who involve in car accident.
  • Handling documents and data input computer system in Japanese & English.
