Job Description

1. Responsible as the main contact person for preventive maintenance and warranty.

2. Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.

3. Assist in all related application queries.

4. Proactive call for customers' maintenance schedule.

5. Follow-up calls in a specific period.

6. Responsible for the dissemination of information to customers.

7. Handles and endorses customer complaints and inquiries.

8. Maintain customer database.



Qualifications*

1. Graduate of any business course.

2. Preferably with customer service and telemarketing experience.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
